Listed Entities Compliance Information

The ASX operates a market for equity and debt securities issued by listed entities. To protect the reputation and integrity of that market, ASX sets standards for the behaviour of listed entities through its Listing Rules. It also publishes Guidance Notes to assist listed entities and their advisers to understand how certain listing rules operate. The Listings unit in ASX Compliance is responsible for administering the ASX Listing Rules.
